Jenny joined the Melbourne Swann team in 2016. As Executive Assistant to Lorraine Meldrum, she has responsibility for the efficient and thorough co-ordination of the Group Chairman’s office.

Prior to joining Swann, Jenny worked in the travel industry and her most recent role was as a Team Manager with Qantas Airways, managing a team of Senior Consultants, providing effective leadership to ensure customer satisfaction in line with the Qantas Brand Values. Jenny has over 25 years’ experience in Frontline Management and Customer Service.
