Rick completed a BA with a major in Psychology and a Master's in Applied Criminology. Rick began his career in 1979 with the Alberta Solicitor General's Department conducting offender assessments before moving into program management. He progressed through the Department and ultimately joined the Human Resources Division where he recruited an extensiverange of professionals.
In 1987, Rick became a Partner in Hiland Research Consultants Inc and over the past 23 years has partnered with leading international executive search firms, specialised boutiques, and corporations to provide research support for a broad range of professional and technicial positions in all business sectors. |
