The Melbourne Mining Club
The Melbourne Mining Club is a not-for-profit organisation formed to promote the minerals industry and provide a networking forum for those with an interest in the sector. The Club aims to provide a forum for discussion of matters of interest and importance to the mining industry and has attracted a wide range of top level guest speakers since its formation in 2001.
Luncheon meetings are held every two months. These feature speakers on contemporary issues related to the minerals and energy industry. In support of the small and medium sized companies involved in the minerals and energy industries, the Melbourne Mining Club holds the Cutting Edge series of functions aimed at exposing these companies to the investment community. These functions are held every two months, on a weekday evening, on alternate months to the Melbourne Mining Club luncheons.
