A graduate in Business and Marketing, James has spent the majority of his career in recruitment based professional roles. Having commenced his career with The Swann Group in 2000, James has spent the past 4 years within Swann’s subsidiary contracting company, Bexton Professional, providing the highest quality, “on demand” contracting solutions.
James was promoted to Manager of Bexton in 2004, responsible for organisational and business development, recruitment and selection, strategic planning, marketing and promotion.
He has worked with many multinational companies within the energy, construction & engineering, mineral processing & heavy industries and has developed an excellent understanding of the technical, cultural and commercial requirements of his clients.
In 2006 James was promoted from Manager of Bexton to Associate Director of The Swann Group, with particular focus on Construction & Engineering.
His ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates has enabled him to provide outstanding service and advice to a growing number of national and international companies.
