LORRAINE MELDRUM

Lorraine spent the early part of her career in managerial and senior commercial roles in the Airline industry where she managed large numbers of people in an environment which was continually impacted upon by technology. Her career progressed to working with major corporates implementing substantial organisational development and Customer Relationship Management programs.
Lorraine works with a number of Swann's global clients in the Resources industry, as part of our Mining, Metals and Energy practice. She undertakes international assignments for both Australian and offshore clients including roles that are particularly diverse and challenging, from a technical, cultural and commercial perspective.
Lorraine has been able to deliver specialised solutions, in partnership with her clients, where there is a need for strong understanding of the complexity and ever changing dynamics of their business, based on innovation and leadership. Lorraine has successfully completed assignments globally, in countries such as Guinea, Ghana, Indonesia, Russia, Suriname, New Caledonia, Canada and the USA. |
