After completing her degree in International Relations at the Universidad Autonoma de Durango (UAD), Mexico, Victoria moved into the Human Resources and Executive search industry and is now based out of Toronto Canada. Victoria has gained wide experience with leading Human Resource and Executive Search firms in North America and Latin America.

As the Research Manager for the Americas, Victoria has developed a deep understanding of the mining sector talent market in this region. Being fluent in Spanish and English, she has been able to access the broadest talent pool from the developed and emerging regions of the Americas. Victoria has been involved in a wide range of successful searches, ranging from senior executive to technical leadership positions within the mining, resources and associated sectors.
