Tom has a Bachelor of Business with a HR major. He has spent most of his career in Human Resource Management, as an executive in an international management consulting company as well as a number of years in Executive Search. Having lived and worked in Asia, Europe and more recently Latin America, he has had very broad experience in international markets in highly technical industries ranging from Production & Manufacturing to Mining and Natural Resources.

Tom and his family reside in Mexico City. His experience within the Resources sector started in Perth in Western Australia more than a decade ago, and he brings that knowledge to the exciting and expanding Resources market in Latin America.
