Richard has more than 30 years global experience in mineral exploration and strategic planning in coal, industrial minerals, diamonds and gold with major UK and international resource companies.  He also has undertaken consultancy work for multi-national mining companies and consultancy firms.  Richard brings to Swann a strong understanding of industry recruitment requirements especially within developing countries.  He is a Fellow of the UK Geological Society and a Chartered Geologist.
