Rachael completed her Bachelor of Behavioural Science in 2008 and continued her studies, by completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology, in 2009. Rachael has worked within the Job Services and Disability Services sector, gaining excellent case management experience. Rachael assisted jobseekers with significant barriers move into sustainable and meaningful employment, whilst working closely with local businesses.
Joining Swann Global in 2011, Rachael has now transitioned into the executive research team, where she hopes to build her career in recruitment within the mining and natural resources sector.
