Pragya completed her Bachelors in Commerce in 2003. She has around 8 years of experience and started her career with IDBI Bank as a Business Development Executive where she took care of the Client Relationship and Business development for NGO’s and Utility sector. In 2004, Pragya moved to Evalueserve and worked as a Senior Market Research Analyst, where she developed strong research and analytical skills and also was managing team of analysts. She then joined Positive Moves Consulting an executive search firm in 2008 where she was managing middle and senior level searches across industries in the Asian region.
