Paul has more than 25 years international human resources leadership and consulting experience including global roles with several major multinational companies. He speaks at conferences in North America, Europe and Asia with articles published internationally. He is a former member of the Conference Board of Canada's Council of Human Resource Executives and editor of a major reference work on international human resources. He has lived in the UK, Canada (Quebec and Ontario) and Switzerland and worked extensively in many other parts of the world. His practice includes major search assignments and increasingly with Boards and executive management on people strategies that align business goals with incentives and mergers and acquisition integrations.
